2025 MOE FAS Application
Dear parent/guardian,
Please be informed that the application for financial assistance in 2025 is now open. You can apply for your child/ward via the hardcopy form (see the attachment below) or e-FAS form which is available on Parents Gateway (under Services tab – Financial Assistance) via Singpass login. When applying via e-FAS, you will still need to provide the required supporting documents (e.g. pay slips, CPF statements etc), but in softcopy for the school to verify and assess eligibility as per current practice.
MOE FAS Pamphlet
Families with the following compositions are required to apply via hardcopy form:
a. families with other dependents (Great grandparents, Aunties/Uncles, Cousins and others)
b. family with more than 6 children in GGAS (Govt or Govt-Aided School)
c. family with more than 5 unmarried children not in GGAS
d. family with more than 3 grandparents in the household
Families whose child is a ComCare recipient need not submit the application for MOE FAS as he/she will be auto-granted to ComCare beneficiaries in GGAS.
Successful applicants will receive full subsidy of school fees and miscellaneous fees, and will be eligible for free textbooks and school attire comprising of 2 sets of uniforms, 2 sets of PE attire, a pair of shoes and 2 pairs of socks. The school will notify you on the collection of the free textbooks and school attire from the school’s vendors. The school will also notify you on school meals subsidy that will be given to your child/ward. In addition, your child/ward will receive public transport subsidy of $17 per month.
