Netball CCA Highlights – B and C Div NSG
Our C’ Division team made history by advancing to the semi-finals of the National School Games (NSG) tournament for the first time, showcasing their dedication, teamwork, and skill. Their impressive journey to the semi-finals is a proud achievement for our school, inspiring future teams to aim high and keep pushing boundaries.
Meanwhile, our B’ Division team put up a strong fight throughout the tournament but narrowly missed out on advancing to the second round due to a very small goal difference. Despite the setback, the team showed resilience and sportsmanship, and their effort and spirit have been a source of pride for our CCA and school.
Other Highlights
U14 Zone Squad Trials and International Youth Netball Challenge
We are very proud that Naura Anousha was selected after the trials and participated in the International Youth Netball Challenge in Nov 2024.
‘Trainings for the U14 was a good experience. I have gained a lot from the coaches and team mates from different schools. I thought I would not make it but with school trainings, a positive mindset and supportive parents, I was able to achieve my goal.’
Pesta Sukan Netball Carnival
Our girls braved the hot sun to play games against many schools. It was hot but fun!

NSG games
Being in netball allowed me to realise just how important teamwork and perseverance is. I was able overcome my fear of failure and work on myself for the better of the team with the help of my fellow teammates.
– Chervel (3E4 2022), Sec 3 Captain
Netball is a team sport, and this allowed me to learn how to work as a team and communicate with them when necessary. During competitions like NSG, we learn to persevere through the games together as a team instead of just giving up when knowing we may be at the losing end.
